Which countries do you ship to?
We ship all over the world - if you are a client from outside the UK we will get quotes from the main couriers to achieve the most cost effective price to send your goods. For UK deliveries we use DHL next day
Can I have the china without your name on the base?
For dye sublimation items the backstamp is not available. For kiln fired china then you can have your own backstamp however if you do not want our logo on the china then we make a small charge per mug.
Do you supply individual mug boxes?
Our mugs and plates are delivered in the boxes that we receive them in as they are fitted for the specific size. Usually they are in boxes of 36. If you want individual boxes for your china then we can send you the name of box suppliers we use and you can order them direct. If you wanted the mugs packed in individual boxes then this is a chargeable service.
I'd like to order - what happens next?
Once we have given you a quote and you are happy with our price then we will mock up your designs on paper. This involves fitting the design to the mug shape and wrapping it around the mug of choice and sending you a photo.
You can then change the size etc. Once you are happy with everything then we will send you an invoice, we will also ask you to send in a print of the design on paper or fabric or the item you wish to match to so that we can match the colour as close as possible.Once the invoice is paid then we will start to print. We will contact you when the china is ready to deliver but you are welcome to keep in touch for updates etc.
What are your lead-times
Our lead-times depend on the number of colours in your design, the quantity and the length of our production queue at the time the order is ready to print.
As a guide kiln fired work is usually around 4 weeks, dye sublimation 1-2 weeks (from order confirmation and artwork agreed).
What is included in the price
Your price includes the design agreed and the closest colour match - if you want a specific colour then we may have to charge extra for mixing the colour and the trials to get as close as possible. Please let us know at the earliest opportunity if the colour is critical.
The price also includes a backstamp on the base of the mug (excluding dye sublimation mugs), we have our small logo on the base but there is room for a logo or wording of your choice in one colour which would be a colour within your design.
What’s the minimum order amount?
Minimum order quantities are based on the amount of time to print your design.

Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns unless the china is faulty. We work hard to match your colours wherever possible but as we print onto china some colours may not exactly match.
My colours have to match other items - can you colour match exactly?
If your designs are full colour then the CMYK process we use to print may not achieve exactly the same colours as your cards or other prints as We ship all over the world - if you are a client from outside the UK we will get quotes from the main couriers to achieve the most cost effective price to send your goods. For UK deliveries we use Fedex next day are not using ink.
We may advise you to have your china dye sublimation printed to get a closer match.
If your designs are 4 colours or less then we can choose the closest colour and send you photos so that you can see the difference. Colour matching may be chargeable in a few cases if we have to mix specific colours for you.
We always try to match as closely as possible and will discuss any potential issues with you before order.
